The service

JoJo Days is a private app for keeping a family's daily memories - notes, photos, and short videos organized on a calendar, viewable only by you and the people you invite.

Your account

You must be an adult (of legal age in your country) to create an account. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your journal. Keep your sign-in secure.

Your content

Your notes, photos, and videos are yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you invite. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add. Please don't upload anything illegal, or anything you don't have permission to share.

Free trial, plans & payments

New journals start with a free trial. After it ends, your memories stay readable, and you can buy an optional one-time plan to keep adding new content and get more storage. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed or charged in your local currency at checkout.

A one-time (“lifetime”) plan means access for the operational life of the service - we intend to keep JoJo Days running for the long term, but we can't promise it will exist forever. We recommend keeping your own copies of media that matter most to you.

Storage limits

Each plan (and the free trial) includes a storage limit. When you reach it, you can't add new photos or videos until you upgrade - but we won't delete your existing content for being at or over a limit.

Refunds

Because there's a free trial to try things out first, we handle refunds case by case. If something isn't right, email support@jojodays.com and we'll work it out with you.

Availability & your backups

We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or that it will always be error-free. Please keep your own backups of important photos and videos.

Ending your use

You can stop using JoJo Days anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, JoJo Days is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of JoJo Days will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
